Low zoom rendering issues ( call for re render)

pavithran
There are like many regions which look bad/weird on lower zoom levels.
Some are very near to greenwich meridian

1. This is a clutter of junk ..
http://a.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/7/63/62.png
2.  Greenwich meridian effect
http://b.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/10/512/340.png and
http://b.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/10/511/340.png
3. Same as above with clutter on madrid
http://b.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/7/62/48.png
4. Paris breaks down
http://c.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/7/64/44.png  ( zoom 7 8 9
are messed up )

And many more on the meridian . Keep checking out 7 8 9 zoom levels
near the meridian there is an area which simply missed the white halo
. Please re render them and upload them .
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tiles@home/lowzoom would tell you
how to do that .
I had issues with XAPI hence was using XAPI_XAPI =
<a href="http://open.mapquestapi.com/xapi/api/%v/%p">http://open.mapquestapi.com/xapi/api/%v/%p[bbox=%b] in general.conf

This is because somewhat uploaded junk:
http://a.tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/captionless/12/2028/1988/

clearly contains captions when it should not.

This area will need to be rerendered.

Same here. Captionless layer containing captions:
http://a.tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/captionless/12/2048/1360/

Zoom,x,y: (12, 2048, 1360)
File size: 49.0 KB

Did someone change the stylesheets of captionless or changed the layer
definitions in other ways? Deelkar, could the recent changes have
impacted on this?

Sebastian

Some more in USA around  the bounding boxes -78.73,41.02,-73.15,42.98

and some clutter at guentamala city ( might be related to style or tagging)
-90.81,12.96,-86.62,16.19

Seoul in south korea also has a huge clutter
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=37.538&lon=126.656&zoom=10&layers=O

Was it inappropriate styling /tagging issue ?
