blind segments

Lars Aronsson

In several places, line segments (shortcuts) are seen in viewMap,
that aren't there (and cannot be removed) when editing.  One big
shortcut is seen at
http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit/viewMap.jsp?lat=65.8&lon=24.6&scale=0.001

This is related to, but not entirely explained by, two problems
with the editing applet:
 1) line segments aren't displayed if they terminate outside of
the current view, and
 2) points are very small and often hard to see.

Thats the case in the applet as you say, and it'll be fixed in the new
version.
