Details:

Im' on Vista businnes
importing an existing database it is not possible to acces to PERMANENT
mapset
it's not possible to create a new database without creting a new mapset
besides the standard one PERMANENT
the command to remove map from the jgrass workspace doesn't work

Hi Giuliano,
the problem with the PERMANENT mapset you report is really not a bug  
rather a choise! :-)
The default mapset PERMANENT would not be displayed in the list of  
available mapset in the catalog view and when you create a new  
location you have to add a new mapset.
We decided to avoid to use the PERMANENT as a working mapset to avoid  
some problems in the management of the locations.

Didn't check the mapset delete on my linux and mac installations.
