table of contents in community module

Hi Frank:

You can check out the code now; here is an example of grouping the layers according to some "data tags".
If you would like the next step is to allow people to edit the tags on the map blackboard (right now there are
just some examples in the view menu).

The tags used on a layer by layer basis come out of the georesource info by default.

Hi Jody,
Am I using the right stuff if I checkout from http://svn.refractions.net/udig/udig/community/experiment/plugins/net.refractions.udig.experiment/ ?
It looks nice .. I'm waiting eagerly to see it in action!
